Hello Darling!
I love how you freak that you're the most recent post on the blog when I have yet to write anything. So here you go, though not an insane amount has been accomplished the past few days I will write anyways.
First of all, I am in love with the fact that I caused you to awkward out the whole bar. In France. You should've just said my name. And then people would catch on that you say that when something is funny. It would be interesting to see, "Hanna B" could be the new "lol" Didn't we try to do that in the past? Replace some swear with your name. It didn't work out too well. I did it a few times though, like if I stubbed my foot I'd be all like "LAURA HRNDZ!" and then I'd scream. Surprisingly, some people were frightened. So I decided to stop. But oh boy, that would have been so cool if that caught on!
Anyways, lately I've been playing a lot of soccer. And I don't know how warm it is in France, but here in le Canada, it's boiling. It is insanely warm, and it is actually not all that enjoyable to be playing soccer in, to tell you the truth. But I do it. I had the Collingwood game today, erm... tonight. Considering it started at 9:00, I left at 5:30PM, and returned home a 1:00AM. Fun times am I right?
Oh! My house almost caught fire, but I was awesome enough to save it before it did. Something was wrong with the lighting we have in our kitchen so the bulb completely burned out and then charred up and turned black and started to smoke, then it proceeded to burn the fixture and the surrounding walls. Imagine, someone could have turned on the light switch, and we could have all died. But we wouldn't because I'm awesome.
Speaking of death, my mom was in the hospital recently. I forget whether or not you know this. She's got some issue with her blood/lungs or whatever. She was in one day for over 5 hours. Then the doctors gave her some highly addictive, strong, narcotic drugs but she didn't like them and therefore she returned them. She's been off work for a week but she'll be returning soon. Quiet frankly, I've had just enough hospital visits, appointments, pills, and other health related things in the past few months, I'm pretty much good for a while. They're not the coolest hang out, truth be told.
Anyways, Howie and I went back yard camping. We pitched a giant tent in my backyard and camped out there for the night. It was pretty sweet. But that's just because backyard camping is probably the sickest thing you've never done. I love it, and I used to do it all the time. It reminded me of our grad trip. It was really dark, well you can kind of figure seeing as it would have been night time, so we went inside to go find a flashlight. And since none seem to exist inside my household, I had the brilliant idea of getting Glowsticks and tying them up in the tent. Let me tell you, it was the coolest thing. It looked incredible. We need to go backyard camping when Zoe comes. I think it'll be fun.
I also went to the mall... again. Because the mall is a fun place to be. It was Upper Canada. As soon as we pulled up my brother was all like "This is the MALL HUNT mall!?!" He was so excited. That was actually really entertaining. I'm glad you came with me on that lovely adventure. I didn't buy much though. I never do, shopping isn't really my thing. Unless its Pocket Change, TWLOHA or XXI, which we did go in. Ahaha, memories. So many things I do remind me of you. It's funny, I have the picture of us right above my computer right now. Oh how we've grown.
A bunch of the Springvale kids hung out at Zach's place. And we went swimming in his indoor pool. It was so much fun! And very random. Adam was there, yes the Adam you are thinking about (The GAP) Caleb, Angela, Laura, Webster, Ryan, Zach, Kaitlynn were also there. Good times, good times.
I have also been attempting to start packing for my 2 weeks worth of stuff I will be doing while my parents are out of the Province. But packing is not cool. And I am not done. And I need to finish, so I will most likely be doing that tomorrow. I'm bringing a Notebook with me though, so if I don't have internet, I can journal everything and type it up later. Because yes, I have a lot to say.
Well, there's nothing more to say but yeah, I love you. Treasure your remaining days in France and take more pictures. I've noticed you're slacking. Tsk Tsk.
I'll see you soon Allahab.
Oh! I almost forgot. i was talking with Laura about these sweatpants my friends have and they got their last names written on them. And Howie and I were talking and we're all like; If you had them, what would you put? And I knew it, at that exact second, I would put Bahalla. So if we ever come across that, we're doing it. Because Bahalla & Allahab sweats would probably be the most awesome thing ever. So awesome in fact, the world might implode, so brace yourself.
Hang tight.
