You are in France! This is a very cool thing. Minus the fact you celebrated Canada day in another country, that must have been a bit awkward.
Anyways, thank you very much for thinking of me and posting on my wall telling me to come here and see what you wrote, only to find out that you said 'hi' three times and then left. That hurt my feelings. I wanted to hear about your trip, well more read then hear, but you get what I mean. Write soon! And yes, yes iPad's are terrible. Now you understand what I mean when I say that it's being silly. Quite frustrating indeed. I want to hear all about the flight, the scenery, and Zoe. But I'm giving you a mini-task. You must start your entry with 5 words. Only 5. And those 5 words will be used to describe your time there so far. Only 5, no cheating. Then you can elaborate later.
Well, I'm just going to write a little something out quickly seeing as I will be heading off to WSC in a matter of 12 minutes. People you would know who are coming with me are; Julia Pazzano, Brody Krabi, Abby Martin, Laura Howe, Alex Webster, Ryan Lofgren, Angela Hoover, Reanna Merlin and Meaghan Vella. I will say 'Hello' for you to all of them.
As you may be aware, I just returned from the French River, which is very far north of Canada. If I could take one thing, it would be that it is STUNNING up there. Everywhere is so beautiful, it's unbelievable. But that may just be a 'me' thing, I just really enjoy cottage country. We stayed with Logan's the whole time. You remember Sarah, right? Yeah, with them.
We were out on the water every single day. We went fishing, but failed to catch anything the first day. We pulled up to a campsite there for the day, it was really similar to the campsite we had for our grad trip (The one with the large rock) The French River is a really cool spot, and from what I understand, it's really good for going on canoe trips, so you and I will have to go there sometime. It was very amusing.I ended up going Body Surfing, which was a really cool thing to do. ALSO, we had to go climb this huge climb, and by climb I mean like scale the side of it, which was quite intense. But then we got to this clearing and there was a waterfall. One of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. So peaceful. But yes, because I am me, I jumped off it and ended up messing up my arm pretty bad. However it's semi back to normal now.
We stopped by at the Muskoka Store too, which is a really cool place. Anyways, we had a campfire and looked at the stars every night. And seeing as it was Canada day, we had some pretty sick fireworks too. Another really cool thing were the fireflies. Oh, there were so many of them. So pretty too. But when you look at them during the day, they are not attractive bugs. At all. But I guess that's just the way they were made, to be beautiful at a certain time. I was thinking about their purpose, fireflies, that is. They don't seem to really have one. Other than God put them on this earth to entertain children.
I'll be in Willow Springs in a few hours, so I'll write something up about that later.
I love you so much darling. And I miss you too.
